Annual Chapter Report
Chapter reports allow you to update your chapter’s information with the Executive Office, inform Alpha Kappa Delta about special activities that your chapters performed, voice concerns from the academic year, and provide suggestions how on the Executive Office can better serve your chapter. It is also required that chapter’s fill out the annual chapter report to remain an active chapter.
Due date: Please submit your chapter report by June 30 each year.
Submitting your report: In efforts to going green, we have changed the format to an online, survey form. With this format, you will be able to save and continue your report later (located at the top of the report). The Executive Office will also email you a copy of your responses for your records should you ask. Please set aside roughly 10 minutes to fill out this report.

Note: Chapter representative renewals/chapter dues are not due with chapter reports. Renewals run on a calendar year due to the publishing dates of our journal, while chapter reports run on an academic year.
