Placing an AKD Order For Members and/or Merchandise

Note: Membership certificates take about 2-4 weeks to be processed and shipped from our printing company. We suggest sending in membership orders to our office at least a month before you need certificates. 

Replacement Documents

• AKD Membership Replacement Certificate – To order a new membership certificate (may also use Order Form)
• AKD Charter Replacement Form – To order a new certificate for your chartered chapter

Maintain an Active AKD Chapter

• Annual Chapter Dues (a requirement of the Constitution; runs on the calendar year)
• Annual Chapter Report
• Employer Identification Number (EIN) and 990N E-Postcard

Alpha Kappa Delta Logo Policy

Chapters may use the Alpha Kappa Delta logo for induction ceremony materials (i.e. programs) and in official communications (i.e. application materials). Chapters wishing to use the logo for other purposes must do so in good faith and receive written consent from the AKD Executive Office. Chapters send in a picture of the final product.
