Note: Membership certificates take about 2-3 weeks to be processed and shipped from our printing company. We suggest sending in membership orders to our office at least a month before you need certificates.
- AKD Membership Replacement Document – Fill out if there was an error or if requesting a new certificate
- AKD Charter Replacement Form – To order a new certificate for your chartered chapter
Maintain an Active AKD Chapter
- Annual Chapter Dues (a requirement of the Constitution; runs on the calendar year)

Alpha Kappa Delta Logo Policy
Chapters may use the Alpha Kappa Delta logo for induction ceremony materials (i.e. programs) and in official communications (i.e. application materials). Chapters wishing to use the logo for other purposes must do so in good faith and receive written consent from the AKD Executive Office. Chapters send in a picture of the final product.
