Upcoming Workshops

The Alpha Kappa Delta Teaching & Learning Certificate is one of a number of opportunities offered by AKD for professional development — for graduate students looking to get a start on their teaching skills and faculty at all levels who want to improve their classroom teaching.

The AKD Certificate Program in Teaching and Learning is designed to provide participants with a rich learning experience that will help them build their teaching portfolios and become more effective faculty in colleges and universities.

Pursuing the certificates is also a great way to plan your conference attendance and network with highly motivated colleagues who are committed to your success and the continued vibrancy of the organization and discipline as a whole. Conferences in 2021-22 may be hybrid, and if so, you can attend multiple meetings without constraints of funding or time for travel.
